Description

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) is seeking to procure Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) licenses and related services. The procurement includes CMMS Software as a Service (SaaS) licenses, basic installation support, virtual user training and support, and an optional data transfer depending on operational requirements. The contract is expected to last for an initial period of 12 months with the possibility of four additional one-year option periods. The work will be performed virtually at the contractor's site, and there are no specific security requirements, but compliance with Government of Canada security policies is required.
