This opportunity is for the renovation and outfitting of office spaces at Naval Support Activity Philadelphia, Building 26, led by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support and Installation Management. - Government Buyer: - Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support Installation Support, DLA Contracting Services Office-Philadelphia - DLA Installation Management, Engineering Management - OEMs and Vendors: - Knoll, Inc. (OEM for modular office furniture, case goods, and conference room furniture) - Corporate Facilities of New Jersey, LLC (CFI Workspace) – sole authorized dealer and installer for Knoll, Inc. in Philadelphia - Products/Services Requested: - Modular office furniture cubicles (13 units, minimum 6x6 ft, 60-inch panel walls, L-shape desks, task chairs, power outlets, storage, dual monitor arms, adjustable height desks) - Executive office furniture (4 offices, including dual monitor arms and adjustable height desks) - Conference room furniture (2 rooms: rectangular table with 10 chairs, round table with 5 chairs) - Kitchenette fixtures and furniture - Removal and lawful disposal of existing furniture (15 workstations, 80 ergonomic chairs, 4 executive offices, 85 filing cabinets/storage units/shelves, 2 conference tables) - Demolition, delivery, and installation services for new furniture - Project management, space planning, and design/layout services - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Brand name Knoll, Inc. furniture required for uniformity with existing renovated spaces - Sole source acquisition through CFI Workspace (Corporate Facilities of New Jersey, LLC) - Compliance with building codes and ADA standards - Adjustable height desks with extended range (22.8 to 49 inches, minimum 30-inch depth) - Delivery and installation to be completed within 90 days post-award; full project duration is one year - Interior refresh and removal of old furniture must precede installation - Firm-Fixed-Price contract estimated at approximately $345,357

Description

This requirement seeks to acquire case goods and individual (cubicle units) office furniture, fixtures and equipment for DLA Troop Support (DLA TS) at the Naval Support Activity – Philadelphia for Building #26. As part of this effort, new furniture will be required, and the old and damaged cubicles, case goods (executive offices and conference rooms), fixtures, chairs, and equipment will need to be removed. 

In addition, DLA TS requires the contractor to provide all installation and removal, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to remove existing and deliver & install new furniture for DLA TS as detailed in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services.
