The Department of Veterans Affairs, Puget Sound VA Health Care System, is seeking comprehensive Water Management Program Services for its Seattle and American Lake campuses. - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs, Puget Sound VA Health Care System - NCO 20 Network Contracting Office - Scope of Services: - Development, implementation, and maintenance of a Water Management Program for potable and utility water systems - Environmental testing, including Legionella validation and critical water systems support - Sterile processing water testing, dental waterline testing, cooling tower support, and web-based data management - Products and Quantities: - 1,250 Legionella ISO Tests - 600 Dental Heterotrophic Plate Counts - 100 WC-5220 Critical Water Tests - 60 WC-5130 Utility Water Tests (SPS) - 20 MB-2570 Utility Water Tests (SPS - other) - 50 MB-300 PVT TimeZero tests - 300 Supplementary Validation Legionella ISO Tests - 12 months of Water Management Support Services - 12 months of WMS-1175 monthly service - 12 months of Web-based Data Management System service - 10 Quarterly Retesting sessions - Unique Requirements: - Web-based data management for water testing results - Remote monitoring and quarterly committee support - Corrective action consultation and comprehensive risk management - No specific OEMs or named vendors are referenced; all services must be provided by SBA certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). - All technical and service requirements are detailed in the attached RFQ document.

Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number # 36C26027Q0027 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for the Puget Sound VAHCS Water Management Program Services, Base Plus Four Option Years. The requirement is set-aside for SBA certified SDVOSB concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
