This serves as a pre-solicitation notice of the Governments intent to award a sole source contract. NAICS code 531120 Lessors of Nonresidential Buildings (except Mini warehouse). Response deadline is 14 September at 12:00pm CDT. The 325th Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole-source contract to Stratton Securities INC., CAGE code 1VM48.
