The U.S. Air Force's 22nd Contracting Squadron (22 CONS) is seeking rental vehicles to support the McConnell AFB Airshow 2026. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 22 CONS - Products/Services Requested: - Rental of 65 vehicles for airshow support, including: - 48 five-passenger sedans or compact/mid-size SUVs - 2 compact/mid-size SUVs - 13 eight-passenger mini-vans or large SUVs - 1 full-size SUV - 1 fifteen-passenger van - All vehicles must include damage waiver and liability protection - Vehicles must be fully operational, clean, and fueled at pickup - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; any qualified rental vehicle provider may respond - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Vehicles are for airshow crews and the Thunderbirds - Substitutions allowed only where specified (e.g., compact/mid-size SUVs may substitute for sedans, but not for mini-vans/large SUVs) - Rental period is tied to the airshow event dates, with possible return date adjustment

As part of its market research, 22 CONS/PKA is issuing this Sources Sought to determine if there exist an adequate number of qualified interested contractors capable of providing the requirement. The Government may use the responses to this Sources Sought for information and planning purposes.

This Sources Sought is only for the purpose of identifying potential sources as part of 22 CONS/PKA market research. No Solicitation exists; therefore, do not request a copy.

Responses to this Sources Sought are not quotes on which the 22 CONS/PKA can issue any contract. This Sources Sought is issued for information and planning purposes only and does not itself constitute a Solicitation. The Government does not intend to award a contract based only on responses to this Sources Sought.

All information received in response to this Sources Sought marked "Proprietary" will be protected and handled accordingly. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response.

Responses to the Sources Sought will not be returned. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this Sources Sought. 22 CONS/PKA will not pay for information received in response to this Sources Sought.
