Description

The Municipality of Saint-Irénée is seeking submissions through an open procedure for winter maintenance of part of its municipal road network. The contract includes providing labor, machinery, materials, abrasives, de-icing agents, equipment, and accessories necessary for the work. The work covers approximately 23.38 km of roads over three winter seasons from 2026 to 2029. Only bidders with establishments in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by the Canadian Free Trade Agreement or the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement are eligible. The contract will be awarded to the lowest conforming bid, but the municipality reserves the right to reject all bids and is not obligated to accept the lowest bid.
