The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), California State Office in Sacramento, CA, has a requirement for surveys to preserve and protect the physical Location of the boundaries of lands of the Hawaiian Homelands (HHL), in accordance with the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) 140L1226Q0043 and attachments. This is a Combined Synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Firm, fixed-price quotes are requested under Request for Quotation (RFQ) Solicitation number 140L1226Q0043.This document incorporates provisions and clauses which are in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulations 2026-01. This solicitation is under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541620 ¿ Environmental Consulting Services, with no set-aside. The Small Business Annual Receipts for the preceding three (3) fiscal years does not exceed $19.0 Million.This RFQ encompasses both Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO, FAR Overhaul - FAR Part Deviation Guidance | Acquisition.GOV) and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR, FAR | Acquisition.GOV).
