This opportunity involves furnishing and outfitting the command section and Financial Management office of the 349th Air Mobility Wing at Travis Air Force Base, California. - Government Buyer: - United States Air Force, 349th Air Mobility Wing, 60th Contracting Squadron (60 CONS) - Products/Services Requested: - Supply, assembly, and installation of new office furniture, including: - L-shaped and U-shaped executive desks (adjustable height preferred) - Rolling chairs (mid/high back, mesh, ergonomic) - Executive guest chairs (black) - File cabinets (with hutch, lateral, small) - Conference tables and chairs - Credenzas with drawers and hutch - Wardrobe closets - Coffee tables, end tables, decorative tables - Love seats and armchairs - Cubicle-style customer service workstations (with high walls, privacy, power outlets, concealed cabling) - Guest lounging chairs - Services include: - Removal and disposal of old furniture - Assembly and installation of all new furniture - Cleanup after installation - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All new furniture must be mahogany-colored and provide ergonomic, spatially efficient, and aesthetically cohesive layouts - All workstations require at least 3 AC power outlets and concealed cabling - All new items must include a one-year warranty - Contractor provides all parts, tools, equipment, supplies, and labor - 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside - No specific OEMs or brand names required; open to all manufacturers meeting specifications

Description

The 349th Air Mobility Wing at Travis Air Force Base, CA requires the purchase and installation of new furniture to outfit the 349th Air Mobility Wing’s command section and Financial Management office to create operationally capable work centers on Travis Air Force Base, California. The contractor shall provide all parts, tools, equipment, supplies, and labor necessary in accordance with this Statement of Work (SOW) including install & disposal of old furniture. All new items must come with a one-year warranty. This is not a brand name requirement. However, offerors must adhere to the specifications detailed in the SOW. 

This is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside requirement.
