Description

The Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) is soliciting proposals for repairs to four staircases located in the southeast, southwest, northeast, and northwest areas of the State House. The successful vendor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and related items necessary to complete the work. Due to the historical and sensitive nature of the scope and the special skills required, the successful bidder must be experienced with historical preservation work. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 9, 2026, at the Rhode Island State House.
