Description

The City of Lodi – Electric Utility is seeking proposals from qualified engineering and consulting firms to provide Owner's Engineer services for the Guild 230/60 kV Substation Project in Lodi, California. The selected firm will oversee the project lifecycle including engineering, procurement, construction procurement, design review, specifications creation, procurement oversight, construction, testing, commissioning, and energization. The project includes a new 230/60 kV substation, a private access road, and modifications to an adjacent substation. The Owner's Engineer will act as the technical representative for the City of Lodi Electric Utility and provide independent engineering and project management support throughout the project phases.
