Municipal Shared Services (MSS), operating under the legal name Municipal Joint Services Board (MJSB), invites qualified firms to submit responses to this Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) on behalf of the Town of Bridgewater (TOB), Public Service Commission of Bridgewater (PSCB), the Municipality of the District of Lunenburg (MODL), and the Town of Mahone Bay (TOMB). The purpose is to identify and shortlist qualified respondents with experience in SCADA, Industrial Control Systems, Operational Technology, and cybersecurity services related to critical water and wastewater infrastructure. This is the first stage of a two-stage procurement process, with shortlisted respondents potentially invited to a subsequent Request for Proposals. The scope includes cybersecurity assessments of water and wastewater treatment facilities and associated SCADA and operational technology environments to improve cybersecurity resilience and support future risk mitigation initiatives.
