Description

HPU is seeking a contractor to perform a renovation of an existing structure to expand the men’s locker room at the City’s Public Utilities office. The work includes partial demolition of a Concrete Masonry Unity (CMU) wall, construction of new CMU walls, plumbing including supply and drain lines to new toilets, urinals, and sinks, modifications to existing HVAC ducts, and addition of new electrical receptacles and lights. The project is scheduled to start no sooner than October 5, 2026, and must be completed by December 31, 2026.
