The North Carolina Department of Public Instruction (NCDPI) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to gather information from qualified vendors about commercially available software solutions and implementation services to modernize its financial management ecosystem. NCDPI manages approximately $14 billion in state and federal funds and supports 115 School Districts/LEAs and over 200 Independent Public Schools. The current financial systems are not fully integrated and require significant customization, leading to increased maintenance and reduced agility.
