Description

This project aims to ensure adequate resources for the centralization, maintenance, and accessibility of BHA-endorsed and/or created 988/911 interoperability resources on the Contractor's website. The Contractor will support statewide 988/911 interoperability efforts by collaborating with BHA and the 988 Crisis Hotline Enterprise to maintain current resources. The scope includes supporting emergency responder training initiatives and assisting with the development and dissemination of 988/911 interoperability policies, procedures, and best practices.
