Description

Humble Independent School District (Humble ISD) is soliciting proposals for Photography and Videography Services on a recurring basis. This rolling Request for Proposal (RFP) allows vendors to be reviewed and awarded throughout the term, with the last date to respond being March 31, 2027. The contract will be effective from the award date through June 30, 2027. The services include senior portraits, class group pictures, special event photography and videography, athletic portraits, and panoramic photographs of graduating classes. Vendors must submit proposals through the District's online bidding system and comply with all submission requirements and deadlines.
