Description

This solicitation is for the replacement of the roof at the Hernando County Records Storage Facility. The project includes removal of the existing roof membrane, insulation, and stands, patching the deck, installation of insulation, flashings, roof membrane, new roof drains, pipe stands, and modification of wall scuppers. Additional work involves installation of metal flashing, painting existing standpipe, installing aluminum coping caps, scuppers, conductor heads, and other roofing components, as well as final clean-up.
