Description

The City of Rialto is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to serve as an extension of City staff and provide ongoing technical assistance, compliance oversight, reporting support, program administration services, monitoring, and regulatory guidance for the City's Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), CalHome, Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP), and other federal, state, regional, and local housing and community development programs administered by the City. The services may include support for existing programs, legacy grant-funded activities with continuing compliance obligations, future housing and community development initiatives, and other funding sources as assigned by the City. Proposals must be submitted electronically via PlanetBids by October 1, 2026, at 4:00 P.M. PST. Price is not part of the evaluation criteria, and the City reserves the right to award to one or multiple bidders.
