Description

This solicitation is for traffic signal improvements including fiber optic interconnect, sidewalk and curb ramp replacement, installation of Accessible Pedestrian Signals (APS), pavement patching adjacent to curb ramp improvements, parkway restoration, and related incidental work on various streets. A non-mandatory hybrid pre-bid meeting will be held both in person at City Hall and virtually via Google Meet. Bids are to be submitted electronically through DemandStar by 2:00 P.M. local time on October 13, 2026, with a virtual public bid opening at 2:15 P.M. The project site is located at 909 Davis Street, City Hall, Conference Room 332A, Evanston, IL.
