Description

The Susquehanna Regional Transportation Authority (SRTA), dba rabbittransit, is requesting proposals for services to replace its existing Cisco Unified Communications Manager platform and associated administrative desk phones. The scope includes all labor, supervision, project management, hardware, software, licensing, implementation, configuration, testing, training, support, and related services. The NICE CXone Customer Service call center platform is excluded and must remain operational and unaffected during implementation. Proposals must comply with applicable Commonwealth and Federal laws and the financial assistance contract between the Federal Transit Administration and the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. The solicitation is open to disadvantaged business enterprises (DBEs) without discrimination.
