Description
This solicitation is for services to prepare and rehabilitate concrete in the final clarifier launder troughs at Mauldin Road. The vendor should provide quotes for prepping and resurfacing two clarifiers as well as all four clarifiers. The work includes abrasive blasting to remove old coatings, vacuuming spent abrasives, pressure washing to remove mildew and residue, patching with mortar to fix pit holes and exposed aggregate, and coating application. The entire work must be completed by December 31, 2026.
