Description
The Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6) is seeking proposals for Artificial Intelligence (AI) Solutions - Products & Services on an as-needed basis for the period from November 1, 2026 through October 31, 2031. The solicitation is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract intended to provide products and services related to AI to public agencies and certain non-profit organizations. The contract will be awarded on a multi-vendor basis to ensure cooperative members have access to reliable, high-performance vendors. Vendors must agree to extend contract pricing and terms to all current and future members, and proposals must score a minimum of 70 points to be considered for award.
