Region 6 Education Service Center (ESC), via EPIC6, is seeking vendors for an IDIQ contract to supply products and services for sports facilities and surfaces. - Government Buyer: - Region 6 Education Service Center (ESC) - Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6) - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; solicitation is open to all qualified suppliers - Products and Services Requested: - New and replacement seating for arenas, stadiums, and gyms - Bleachers - Lockers - Gym floor and track replacement - Tennis court and synthetic turf goods and services - Indoor/outdoor lighting systems and parts - Scoreboards, parts, and accessories - Chain sets, sideline markers, bases, windscreens, batting cages, netting - Utility and golf vehicles - Ticketing systems - Installation, repair, and maintenance services for all listed products - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Multi-vendor, IDIQ contract with no guaranteed purchase volume - Vendors must extend pricing and terms to all EPIC6 members - Minimum evaluation score required for award consideration - Members may "piggyback" on the agreement - 1.5% administration fee paid by awarded vendors on actual sales - Contract available to public agencies and certain non-profits

Description

The Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6) is seeking proposals for Sports Facilities & Surfaces - Products & Services on an as-needed basis from November 1, 2026 through October 31, 2031. The solicitation is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract intended to provide products and services related to sports facilities and surfaces to public agencies and certain non-profit organizations. The contract will be multi-vendor to best serve the needs of cooperative members, with awards made to vendors scoring at least 70 points based on factors including price, availability, and delivery. Vendors must agree to extend contract pricing and terms to all current and future members, though members are not required to purchase from awarded vendors.
