Description

The Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6) is seeking proposals for Elevator / Escalator products and services on an as-needed basis from November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2031. The solicitation is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract intended to establish agreements with reliable vendors to supply goods and services related to elevators and escalators to public agencies and certain non-profit organizations. The contract will allow cooperative members to purchase from awarded vendors but does not obligate them to do so. Awards will be made on a multi-vendor basis to best serve the needs of cooperative members.
