Region 6 Education Service Center (ESC), through the EPIC6 cooperative, is seeking vendors to provide a wide range of Career & Technical Education (CTE) products and services under an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. - Government Buyer: - Region 6 Education Service Center (ESC) - Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6) - Products and Services Requested: - Welding equipment and supplies - Steel and pipe - Culinary arts supplies - Cosmetology supplies - Robotics equipment and supplies - Floral supplies - Agriculture equipment and supplies - Veterinary supplies - Automotive parts and supplies - Photography equipment and supplies - STEM products and services - CTE software solutions - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; all qualified vendors are encouraged to propose - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Multi-vendor awards; all awarded vendors must extend pricing and terms to all current and future EPIC6 members (public agencies and eligible non-profits) - No guaranteed purchase volume; purchases are made as needed by members - Compliance with Texas Education Code Chapter 44 is required - Vendors must pay a 1.5% administration fee on sales - Members may 'piggyback' on awarded agreements - Five-year contract term with annual renewal options

Description

The Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6) is seeking proposals for Career & Technical Education products and services on an as-needed basis from November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2031. The solicitation is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract intended to establish agreements with reliable vendors to supply goods and services related to Career & Technical Education to public agencies and certain non-profit organizations. EPIC6 will award multiple vendors to best serve its members, and vendors must agree to extend contract pricing and terms to all current and future members. There is no specific project scope as this is a prospective award for use by members as needed.
