Description
The Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6) is seeking proposals for Promotional Products on an as-needed basis for the period from November 1, 2026 through October 31, 2031. The solicitation is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract intended to provide promotional products to public agencies and certain non-profit organizations. The contract will be awarded on a multi-vendor basis to ensure availability and competitive pricing for EPIC6 members. Vendors must agree to extend contract pricing and terms to all current and future members, but members are not obligated to purchase from awarded vendors.
