Description
The Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6) is seeking proposals for janitorial products and services on an as-needed basis for the period from November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2031. This is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) solicitation intended to establish agreements with reliable vendors to supply janitorial goods and services to public agencies and certain non-profit organizations. The solicitation allows for multiple vendors to be awarded to best serve the cooperative members' needs. Vendors must agree to extend contract pricing and terms to all current and future members, though members are not required to purchase from awarded vendors.
