Region 6 Education Service Center (ESC), as the lead agency for the Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6), is seeking proposals for an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract covering Food Service Equipment - Products & Services. - Government Buyer: - Region 6 Education Service Center (ESC), Huntsville, TX - Acting for EPIC6 cooperative, serving public agencies and eligible non-profits - Products & Services Requested: - Wide range of food service equipment, including: - Ovens, ranges, ventilation systems, mixers, slicers, ice makers, food processors, microwaves, grills, coffee makers, griddles - Refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, sinks, tables, kitchen supplies, cooking equipment, serving ware, blenders - Food storage containers, beverage dispensers, condiment dispensers - Repair parts and related accessories - Services such as installation, repair, and maintenance of food service equipment - OEMs & Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors named; open to all qualified manufacturers and suppliers - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contract pricing and terms must be extended to all current and future EPIC6 members - Multiple vendors may be awarded to maximize cooperative benefit - No minimum purchase quantities guaranteed - Awarded vendors must pay a 1.5% administrative fee to EPIC6 - Vendors must comply with procurement laws and ethical standards - Contract Structure: - Five-year initial term with annual renewal options - IDIQ structure allows flexible ordering and volume - Opportunity is suitable for OEMs and suppliers of commercial food service equipment and related services

The Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6) is seeking proposals for Food Service Equipment - Products & Services on an as needed basis for the period from November 1, 2026 through October 31, 2031. The solicitation is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract intended to provide products and services related to food service equipment to public agencies and certain non-profit organizations. EPIC6 plans to award multiple vendors to best serve the needs of its members, with awards based on factors including price, availability, and delivery.
