Description
The City of Elk River is accepting bids for J-turn improvements at TH 10/169 and 165th Avenue. The work includes pavement marking removal, sawing bituminous pavement, guardrail removal, excavation, aggregate base, wearing and non-wearing course mix, pipe arch culvert, storm sewer, concrete walk, curb and gutter, median, guardrail, hydraulic reinforced fiber matrix, and ground-in solid line.
