WSDOT is seeking quotes for Winter Sand Material for its Maintenance Areas at certain locations within King and Pierce Counties. Bidders shall quote a per ton price, comprising all costs for delivery to WSDOT Inventory Control Points (ICPs) as well as quotes for pick-up from vendor sites by WSDOT. Bidders are not required to bid on every ICP and should quote pricing only for the ICPs they are willing and able to deliver to.
