WSDOT is seeking quotes for Winter Sand Material for its Maintenance Areas in Whatcom, Skagit, and Island Counties, as well as certain locations within Snohomish County. Bidders shall quote a per ton price, comprising all costs for delivery to WSDOT Inventory Control Points (ICPs) as well as quotes for pick-up from vendor sites by WSDOT. Bidders are not required to bid on every ICP and should quote pricing only for the ICPs they are willing and able to deliver to. The procurement includes preferences such as Executive Order 18-03 and various environmentally focused purchasing policies.
