Description

The State Foundation on Culture and the Arts (SFCA) of Hawaii is soliciting photographic services to document its Art in Public Places (APP) artwork catalog and Commissioned Works of Art (CWA). The contract period is from October 5, 2026, to October 4, 2027, involving approximately 24 photographic sessions for the APP collection and about 10 off-site and neighbor island sessions for the CWA. The contractor is responsible for providing all professional photography equipment, lighting, and supplies, as well as travel expenses for neighbor island documentation. Deliverables include various digital file formats of the photographs, and all rights to the images will be owned by SFCA as works made for hire.
