Escambia County is seeking a qualified firm to provide Bio-Health Pod Systems and associated technical services for a stormwater technology demonstration and suitability evaluation project. The project involves evaluating the applicability, operational feasibility, and performance of Bio-Health Pod Systems within three existing wet stormwater management facilities. The contractor will provide equipment and technical services including site evaluation, system design, permitting assistance, installation support, technical consultation, monitoring, public education, and final reporting. The goal is to assess the technology's effectiveness in reducing nutrient concentrations, muck accumulation, and improving water quality to address harmful algal blooms.
