Description

The City of Rosemead is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from environmental consultants to establish an official list of qualified consultants specializing in the preparation of environmental documents in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). This list will be used by the City or private development project applicants to select and retain environmental consultants. The scope includes preparation of Initial Studies, Negative Declarations, Mitigated Negative Declarations, Environmental Impact Reports, and technical studies. Consultants will be expected to conduct supporting studies or peer review applicant-provided studies in areas such as aesthetics, noise, air quality, biological and cultural resource evaluation, and geotechnical and hydrological analysis.
