Description
This solicitation is a Request for Bids (RFB) for Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) services to act as the Joint Appointee under the Gaming Revenue Sharing and Financial Agreement (GRSFA). The selected vendor will conduct independent financial reviews and prepare compliance reports based on financial statements and reports submitted by Ontario First Nations (2008) Limited Partnership and its Limited Partners. The role includes reviewing historical and supplemental reports to support the Joint Appointee's responsibilities under the GRSFA. Services will be delivered primarily remotely across Ontario, starting November 2026, to ensure financial oversight and accountability under the GRSFA framework.
