The New York City Department of Small Business Services (SBS), through its Neighborhood Development Division (NDD) Capacity Building Team, is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver the Commercial Corridor Resilience Program (CCRP) for community-based development organizations (CBDOs) in low- and moderate-income neighborhoods. - Government Buyer: - New York City Department of Small Business Services (SBS) - Neighborhood Development Division (NDD) - Capacity Building Team - Program Scope: - Deliver a cohort-based capacity building program focused on disaster preparedness, burnout prevention, and neighborhood resiliency - Target CBDOs in HUD-defined most impacted and distressed areas - Services Requested: - Cohort Development and Management: - Recruit and manage 6-10 fellows and 6-10 CBDO host sites - Develop and implement curriculum - Deliver 6-7 group workshops - Provide office hour support and 1-on-1 assistance - Direct Technical Assistance: - Develop individualized Corridor Resiliency Plans (6-10 plans) - Conduct vulnerability assessments, strategic planning, and create emergency operations handbooks - Support implementation of at least one change area per plan - Monitoring and Evaluation: - Data entry and management - Program outcome tracking and reporting - End-of-project report and final presentation - Notable Requirements: - Data-driven program design - Engagement with multiple CBDOs - Compliance with federal CDBG-DR regulations - Estimated Contract Value: - $450,000 for a one-year term, with possible renewal for up to two additional years - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named in the solicitation

The New York City Department of Small Business Services (SBS) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide capacity building services to community-based development organizations (CBDOs) in eligible low- and moderate-income neighborhoods in NYC.
