Description

The City of New York Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS) is seeking up to five qualified vendors to perform appraisal reports of real estate in New York City through the issuance of Work Orders. Appraisers may occasionally be required to perform appraisals outside of New York City as needed by DCAS. This is a competitive sealed proposal process with an estimated procurement value of $1,050,000. The contract period is from March 1, 2027, to February 28, 2030.
