Description

The City of Newport News is seeking bids from qualified firms to provide asphalt paving and concrete repairs on an as-needed basis at various properties throughout the City for the Department of Parks and Recreation. The contract may also be utilized by other departments. The contractor is required to provide all labor, equipment, supervision, materials, incidentals, and traffic control as per the specifications. The City reserves the right to modify the scope of work throughout the contract term.
