Description

This solicitation is for professional services related to the management of the Sanitary Sewer Project, including planning and implementation of sewer operations and maintenance (O&M) program enhancements. The scope includes engineering support, sewer mapping, CCTV investigations, manhole inspections, acoustic pipe testing, condition assessment, data analysis, development and delivery of training programs, evaluation of O&M and safety practices, and integration of new technologies. The contract period starts within seven days after purchase order issuance and continues through June 30, 2027, with possible extensions for up to five additional years. The selected vendor will manage subcontractors and coordinate fieldwork, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational improvements.
