Description

Tallahassee State College is soliciting proposals from qualified architectural firms to provide continuing professional Architectural and Engineering services for new construction, renovation, remodeling, rehabilitation, repair, planning, studies, and other projects. The contract term is anticipated to be up to three years, with individual projects not exceeding the maximum estimated construction cost established under Florida Statutes. Firms must be certified businesses and licensed Architects in Florida with knowledge of laws and standards governing public higher education facilities. Work will be assigned on a rotating basis across all six sites of the college.
