Description
This procurement is for the implementation of the Maternal Child Health Building Blocks of Missouri Southeast/Nurse Family Partnership (NFP) Home Visiting Program in the southeast counties of Bollinger, Cape Girardeau, Mississippi, New Madrid, Perry, Scott, Ste. Genevieve, and Stoddard. Southeast Hospital is designated to provide evidence-based home visiting model services for at-risk pregnant women and their families in southeast Missouri. The hospital is the only entity in the region approved and trained by the NFP National Service Office to provide these services with fidelity to the model, which is a proprietary requirement and meets the criteria as a single feasible source under section 34.044 RSMo.
