Description

The Alabama Peace Officers’ Annuity & Benefit Fund intends to establish a multi-year Small Purchase Agreement for lawn care and grounds maintenance services. Services will generally be performed twice per month, on or around the 1st and 15th of each month, including during the winter months. The supplier must maintain consistency in pricing, services, specifications, and all contract deliverables throughout the entire agreement with no price increases or modifications allowed. The supplier must be a duly licensed and bonded business authorized to operate in the State of Alabama, and required license and bonding documentation must be submitted with the quotation. Pricing submitted shall remain firm throughout the agreement.
