Description
The County of Rockingham, a political subdivision of the State of Virginia, is seeking proposals from engineering firms authorized to do business in Virginia to evaluate the North Route 11 Corridor. The evaluation will consider current and future traffic, utilities, and land use needs. The final deliverables will include a comprehensive evaluation and master plan for short- and long-term planning purposes, with an estimated horizon of 2050. The study area is north of the City of Harrisonburg, south of Gravels Road, east of Kratzer Road, and west of Interstate 81.
