Description

The Alabama Department of Public Health (ADPH) is seeking a supplier to provide general pest control services at the Tallapoosa County Health Department in Alexander City. The services include controlling pests such as roaches, ants, silverfish, mice, rats, fleas, ticks, and spiders, performed monthly with recalls as needed at no additional charge. Services are to be conducted both inside and outside the building, excluding termite inspection and treatment. The contract period is for twelve months with an option to renew up to five years, with a total cost not to exceed $25,000. Site visits are encouraged and must be scheduled by appointment.
