The City of Tampa Mobility Department, Transportation and Stormwater Services Divisions operates six Elgin Pelican Mechanical sweepers to support the residential and commercial street sweeping program, which complies with NPDES MS4 permit requirements. The City is seeking to lease one Elgin Pelican Mechanical Street Sweeper with a full maintenance program through Environmental Products Group (EPG). EPG is the sole source for Elgin equipment, parts, and service in Florida and the only factory authorized sales and service center for Elgin products.
