DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT
Solicitation number FA4600-26-Q-0122 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a spectrum analyzer that meet or exceeds the salient characteristics outlined in the Statement of Need.
NONMANUFACTURER RULE
The Contract Activity is currently pursuing a Nonmanufacturer Rule waiver through the Small Business Administration for this acquisition as there is currently not a class waiver for the specified NAICS.
