Description

This bid invitation seeks a qualified contractor to provide road resurfacing, pulverizing, cold planing, structure adjustments, and materials to be picked up for the Town of Acushnet, Department of Public Works. The contractor shall supply all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to satisfy the requirements of this bid. The contract will be an annual contract with the option of renewal for two additional one-year periods, for a maximum of three years total, at the sole discretion of the Town of Acushnet. Bidding and award are subject to Massachusetts General Laws and require prequalification certification at the time of bid opening.
