Description
The Grapevine Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide architectural and engineering services for the phased expansion, renovation, and modernization of the Grapevine Convention Center located at 1209 S Main St, Grapevine, TX 76051. The project will be delivered in two phases to enhance capacity, improve operational functionality, and provide a long-term venue solution. Project phasing and sequencing will be planned to maintain venue operations, minimize impacts to existing bookings, and ensure that improvements support continued event operations with minimal disruption. A pre-RFP conference and site visit is scheduled for October 7, 2026, at 11:00 am CST at the convention center location.
