Description

Nassau County is seeking bids from qualified bidders to provide demolition and removal of structures and materials services on properties owned by or under the jurisdiction of Nassau County. The work includes complete demolition of all improvements, capping or abandoning wells, removing and filling septic tanks, and clearing all debris to leave the parcel leveled and free of any structures or protruding materials. Bidders intending to self-perform asbestos abatement must submit appropriate licensing as per Florida statutes. The contract has an initial five-year term with two one-year renewal options.
