Description

The County of San Mateo's Human Services Agency is seeking qualified organizations to implement the Right at Home Targeted Homelessness Prevention Program. The program aims to provide flexible financial assistance, housing-focused case management, and housing-related legal services to households at the highest risk of homelessness. The Legal Services Provider will deliver housing-related legal assistance including eviction prevention and landlord-tenant dispute resolution. The contract term is three years starting January 1, 2027, with an option to extend for up to two additional years. Proposals are due by September 29, 2026, and services are expected to begin in January 2027.
