The County of San Mateo is seeking qualified licensed plumbing and utility contractors to provide on-call services for ongoing maintenance, repair, and emergency response at park facilities. Work will be issued on an as-needed basis through individual Task Orders, which will define scope, schedule, and costs. Services include plumbing repairs, wastewater system maintenance, hydro-flushing, video inspection, utility locating, and related infrastructure work. Contractors must be capable of responding to emergency service requests and provide full-service plumbing maintenance and repair. The contract term is three years with possible extensions, and contractors must possess a valid CSLB C-36 Plumbing Contractor's license.
